The band HONEYSPOON was founded in October 2022 out of a passion to unite as like-minded musicians to pay tribute to "grunge rock", the subcultural "underground" movement of the 1990s music scene in Seattle and other birthplaces of the USA To celebrate and revive music. 
It is the love of alternative rock and the aversion to the mainstream that brought the four musicians from Eastern Switzerland together and, through great dedication, welded them into an energetic musical constellation.
A screamingly consumed lead guitar - decorated and filled with notes through unique and profoundly played solos; A driving and booming bass foundation set into deep vibration with a plectrum, rhythmically thundering drum grooves that attack the body and soul, a rhythm guitar that bites through the bones and, above all, the epic lead voice of the charismatic lead singer form the ingredients for Their honest, authentic and at the same time versatile sound - raw, loud and unpolished, they continue with their own compositions what their heroes like Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, Nirvana, Screaming Trees and many other grunge bands of the nineties did through theirs attitude to life, their attitudes.
